"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

And your grammer is fine, I think. But just for future reference, your sentance is off: "If I hadn't done that," and "in the future. Minor stuff, really. I make the same mistakes sometimes. Don't worry about it. The only reason I noticed is because I'm a writer, so don't fret.
Damn it... I hate this time bending grammar... And normally I wouldn't ask about it, but I'll have an english exam next week, it's called FCE, First Certificate in Englis, so I don't want to mess it up
